ABC has selected ISCAST Associate Dr Jacob Martin for its TOP5 Science media residency.
The five successful applicants will take part in an intensive and hands-on two weeks “in residence” at ABC Radio National in Sydney, working with some of Australia’s best journalists and broadcasters.
The TOP 5 media residencies are designed to develop the communication skills and media awareness of Australia’s emerging thinkers — helping researchers share their knowledge and expertise with audiences who are seeking credible information and informed debate.
Jacob is currently a Research Fellow at Curtin University, studying how we could manufacture carbon for use in the development of renewables.
