Philip Hughes

Philip Hughes is a retired professional scientist and worked as a Commonwealth public servant in the Defence Science and Technology Organisation within the Department of Defence for 27 years.  During that time, he held a number of positions that included the conduct of personal research, research group leadership, a member of international defence science committees, and science administration roles.
