Qualifications
BMath, BSc(Hons),
PhD(Newcastle)
Profile
I am a professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Monash University. My background and training is in experimental condensed matter physics, with research interests in the materials physics of organic semiconductors. I am particularly interested in the how the thin film microstructure of solution-processed organic semiconductor thin films enables the functioning of devices such as polymer solar cells and organic field-effect transistors. I am a regular user of synchrotron facilities such as the Australian Synchrotron.
Professional Associations
I am a fellow of the Australian Institute of Physics, and of the Institute of Physics, UK
