Before joining Monash in 2008, I was a Royal University Research Fellow in the Astrophysics group of the School of Physics at the University of Exeter, before which I also held a PPARC Postdoctoral Research fellowship at Exeter. I completed my PhD at the Institute of Astronomy at the University of Cambridge. My research interests are broadly in Computational Astrophysics, generally involving star and planet formation, accretion discs and the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) simulation method.
