Announcing ISCAST’s first patron

It is with great pleasure the ISCAST Board announces that one of Australia’s most distinguished scientists has accepted its invitation to be ISCAST’s first patron.
Professor Graeme Clark, who led the team that developed the world’s first bionic ear, is an outstanding scientist who has been a friend of ISCAST for many years. More recently, he became one of ISCAST’s Distinguished Fellows.

ISCAST fellow and Mars-man, Jonathan Clark, reports on his latest Mars simulation in The Conversation

Jonathan Clarke has just returned from another mission to simulate life on Mars. This time he was on Devon Island in the Canadian Arctic, where the sun never sets in the northern summer. It’s all part of a project to see what some of the challenges are, should humans one day decide to live on Mars. (Jon will be speaking at ISCAST's science, faith and apologetics conference in March 2018.)
